Refund & Cancellation Policy
For delegate passes to the Maize Markets Summit & Expo 2026, 28–29 September 2026, The Westin Mumbai, Powai Lake.
1. Cancellation by the Delegate
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to events@teflas.com from the registered email address. Cancellations received 60 days or more before the Event (on or before 30 July 2026) are eligible for a refund of 75% of the pass fee. Cancellations received between 59 and 30 days before the Event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund is available for cancellations received within 30 days of the Event.
2. Substitutions
In place of cancellation, a registered delegate may nominate a substitute from the same organisation at no additional charge, by writing to events@teflas.com at least 7 days before the Event.
3. No-shows
Failure to attend the Event without prior written cancellation is treated as a no-show and no refund is payable.
4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If the Organiser reschedules the Event, passes remain valid for the new dates; delegates unable to attend the rescheduled dates may request a credit toward a future Tefla’s event. If the Event is cancelled outright and not rescheduled, delegates receive a full refund of pass fees paid. The Organiser is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.
5. Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Payment gateway charges, where levied, are non-refundable. GST components are refunded in accordance with applicable law.
6. Sponsorship & Exhibition
Sponsorship and exhibition fees are governed by the individual sponsorship/exhibition agreement and are non-refundable once countersigned, unless that agreement states otherwise.
