Terms & Conditions
Applies to all registrations and participation in the Maize Markets Summit & Expo 2026.
1. The Event
The Maize Markets Summit & Expo 2026 (“the Event”) is a two-day conference and exhibition held on 28–29 September 2026 at The Westin Mumbai, Powai Lake, Mumbai, India, organised by Tefla's (“the Organiser”).
2. Registration & Passes
Registration is confirmed only on receipt of full payment. Passes are personal to the named delegate and are not transferable without the written consent of the Organiser. Group Pass bookings require a minimum of three delegates on a single invoice. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission at its sole discretion.
3. Pricing & Taxes
Indian delegates are billed in INR and are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18%. International delegates are billed in USD and GST does not apply. Early-bird and standard pricing windows apply automatically based on the date of booking. Published pricing is indicative until the final rate card is released.
4. Programme Changes
The Organiser may alter the programme, speakers, agenda, format or venue where reasonably necessary. Such changes do not entitle the delegate to a refund. If the Event is rescheduled, passes remain valid for the rescheduled dates.
5. Cancellation by the Organiser
If the Event is cancelled outright by the Organiser and not rescheduled, registered delegates will be offered a full refund of pass fees paid. The Organiser is not liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by delegates.
6. Conduct & Content
Delegates must comply with venue rules and reasonable instructions of the Organiser. Session content and materials are provided for general information only and do not constitute trading, investment or legal advice. Photography and recordings may be taken at the Event and used for promotional purposes.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser's aggregate liability to any delegate is limited to the pass fee paid by that delegate. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Data
By registering or submitting a form on this website you consent to the Organiser storing your details and contacting you regarding the Event, related market intelligence and future editions. Requests to delete your data may be sent to events@teflas.com.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
